Choosing your scope
Four plans, from the platform alone to running your digital operation
Scoliom Logiciel — “the school equipped”: the platform on its own, run by your teams, with ticket-based support. Scoliom Essentiel — “the school administered”: the same platform, but with going live, the transfer of your data and the training of your staff included, and a named point of contact. Scoliom Sérénité — “the school connected”: everything above, plus supervision of your equipment, your backups, your security and support for your users. Scoliom Direction Numérique — “the school steered”: your IT leadership, outsourced. Each plan includes the previous one in full: you do not swap one scope for another, you widen it — and you can move from one plan to the next from one school year to another.
How your quote is built: the amount depends on the number of students — counted in bands of 100 —, on the country and on the scope you choose — the platform alone, or full responsibility for your IT. There is never any billing per student, no charge per connected family and none per document issued: a flat fee for the school, settled in writing after the remote assessment, which then stays put for the whole school year. The building blocks of the platform — tuition billing & arrears reminders, online enrolment, notifications to parents — are part of that fee, with no separate licence to buy. Supervision of your equipment, your backups, your security and support for your users come in from Sérénité upwards, quoted on request as well.
Every plan runs on the same platform: dashboard, students, admissions, communication, marks & report cards, school life — including the timetable, the calendar and school transport —, payments — including subscribed services —, lists & searches, register, staff, administration and data backup — with the family space on the phone alongside them. And to judge for yourself, every school gets its own demonstration platform — isolated, disposable, ready in seconds. Billing and receipts are issued in your school’s own currency. The interface and the family space are available in French, English and Arabic — each school chooses its default language. Emails and PDF receipts go out in each family's language — from sign-in to receipt, everyone is served in their own language.
