The Pilot School programme: three schools, exceptional terms

Scoliom is starting out, and we would rather say so plainly than line up figures nobody can check. We are looking for three private schools ready to work with us this year: they get entry terms specific to the programme and close support, and in return we ask them for honest feedback.

  • Entry terms specific to the programme for the first year — agreed in writing at the selection interview
  • Commissioning, migration of your data and training included
  • Close support — your requests are handled first
  • Your needs shape the roadmap for the next releases

A straightforward exchange

What you receive, what you bring us

No small print: here are both sides of the arrangement, in full.

What your school receives

  • Entry terms specific to the programme for the first year, on whichever plan you choose — they are set out and confirmed to you in writing at the selection interview.
  • Commissioning, migration of your data and training included — getting started is part of the programme.
  • A direct point of contact: your requests go to the front of the queue.
  • Real influence over the product: the needs you raise are built first.
  • Reversibility guaranteed: your data stays yours and can be exported at any time.

What we ask of you

  • Written feedback after three months of use — candid, including on what is not working.
  • Permission to name your school as a reference (name and logo), once the head has approved the wording.
  • A short case study: what you did before, what you do now, the time saved.
  • The occasional reference call: fifteen minutes with a school leader who is hesitating, two or three times a year.
Why we are doing this

We would rather have three real references than a hundred promises

Plenty of vendors display impressive figures that nobody can verify. We have chosen the opposite: our terms are clear — four plans with a defined scope, an amount settled in a written quote after the remote assessment, based on your student numbers, your country and the scope you choose; our platform can be tried in ten seconds, on your own, and our references will be real schools, with real names, reachable by telephone. This programme is the first step on that path. The three pilot schools of the coming school year will be the first to appear on this page — because they will have earned it, not because we wrote it.
