Amounts exclude tax and options; the exact scope and the budget are confirmed in writing after the remote assessment, according to student numbers, the number of sites and the modules you choose. A start-up costed in the quote, not billed after the event

One flat fee, and nothing added mid-year
What worries schools about school software is rarely the headline figure: it is what attaches itself once the year has begun. Here is what your quote will not contain.
Student numbers rising during the year do not change your fee. The families you connect, the certificates and report cards you issue, the messages you send: none of it is counted by the unit.
What these terms guarantee
A fixed fee: the amount confirmed in writing does not move during the school year — no surprise invoice, no charge per workstation. Guaranteed reversibility: your data (students, families, payments, documents) stays yours and can be exported at any time. Guaranteed response times (SLA): a first reply within 24 working hours on Logiciel, 8 h on Essentiel, 4 h on Sérénité, 2 h on Direction Numérique — with absolute priority during examinations and at the start of the year. Your questions about what we charge
It depends on three things: how many students your school has, the scope you choose — the platform on its own, or full management of your IT — and the country, which determines the language of the documents, the local obligations and the payment methods available to your families. So we draw up a written quote after the remote assessment, rather than a price list that would fit nobody. That quote is complete: no further charges appear afterwards.

There is never a charge per student. The flat fee is set by size band: within a band, one more student makes no difference to the amount. For management contracts, the amount depends on the size of the school, the number of sites and the scope you entrust to us.
In the management contracts, platform setup, data migration and training are included. With the Scoliom Logiciel plan they are options: they are costed in the same quote, in writing, before you commit to anything. Setting up the timetable, by contrast, is included in every plan.
Reversibility is guaranteed: your data stays yours and can be exported at any time (students, families, payments, documents). Term and notice conditions are written into the contract, with no hidden renewal.
