Task 1 · Front office
Enrol a student.
Create an enrolment, then open the student's record: family, guardians, class, file documents.
Nothing to fill in: your own platform opens, already filled with fictional students, classes and enrolments. You can also add your school's name. It stays open for 24 hours, extendable, isolated from any real school.
Ready in ten seconds · valid for 24 h · sample data included · nothing to install
One button, nothing to fill in: your school's name is optional. Nothing to download, nothing to configure.
Ten seconds later you are inside your own Scoliom Scolarité workspace, already populated with a fictional school: students, classes and enrolments.
For 24 hours (extendable), work your way through every feature. The demo is isolated and is deleted afterwards — nothing left behind, nothing at risk.
Front office, payments desk, timetable, teacher, family, register: each task can be done on your own, on fictitious data. In the demo, no message is actually sent — so try anything.
Enrol a student.
Create an enrolment, then open the student's record: family, guardians, class, file documents.
Record an instalment.
Pick a family, record an instalment, then open the numbered PDF receipt and the class's outstanding balances.
Cause a clash.
Place a lesson on a slot that is already taken and read why it is refused; mark a teacher absent, then print the day's cover sheet.
Switch viewpoint.
Switch to the teacher view from the banner: their timetable, the register pre-filled from the grid, and the homework diary — write the homework under a lesson.
Read in three languages.
From the demo banner, one click opens a fictional family's space: what parents see — fees due, absences, marks, timetable, homework, messages. Switch it from French to Arabic, then to English.
Check a certificate.
Issue a bilingual school certificate, then scan its QR code to compare it with the school's register.
Every demo runs in a space of its own, separated from all other demos and from any real school. The data is fictional, generated for the occasion: you can create, change and delete anything at all without the slightest consequence. When the demo expires it is erased automatically — no personal data, no trace kept. It is the ideal way to let your office staff and your leadership team put the platform through its paces, under real working conditions, even before the remote assessment.
Nothing to install: the demo runs entirely in your browser. You launch the demo — your school's name, your own name and your email address are optional — and your own demo platform opens straight away.
Each demo is valid for 24 hours, and that period can be extended. After it expires the demo is deleted automatically. You can start a new one whenever you like.
No real data at all: the demo comes pre-loaded with fictional students, classes and enrolments. Each demo is isolated from every other demo and from any real school — you can try anything and change anything without the slightest risk, because it is disposable and deleted afterwards.
The complete platform: the student database, classes, enrolment and re-enrolment, the payments desk and receipts, the parent portal, lists and searches, along with the bilingual French / Arabic enrolment and leaving certificates that can be checked by QR code.
Hand it to your office staff and your leadership team and let them try it. To help you decide what to look for, our guide to choosing school management software sets out the questions to ask any supplier, ourselves included. Would you rather we looked at your situation together? Ask for a remote assessment, with no commitment.
