Who we work with · International schools in Morocco

Managed IT for international schools in Morocco

American, British, Belgian, Spanish, or part of another foreign mission: your standards are international, your daily life is Moroccan. Scoliom bridges the two.

  • A team at ease in French and in English — training also in Arabic, depending on the teams
  • The tools of your network, respected — Pronote™ or equivalents, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace: connected through imports and exports depending on the tool, and kept for as long as they suit you
  • Twofold compliance — law 09-08 in Morocco and the GDPR for European networks
Daily life in international schools

Three situations your teams know well

A local provider disconnected from your standards

Tickets, reports, security policies from the home network: many providers work neither in English nor according to your procedures. The leadership spends its time translating — in both directions.

Head-office support, distant and slow

Head-office support knows its platforms, but it is far away, in another time zone, with priorities of its own. When a workstation or an application fails on a Monday morning, nobody is on site.

Local compliance left aside

When everything is steered from abroad, Moroccan law 09-08 slips into the background: undeclared processing, families left uninformed. The legal risk, though, is very much local.

What we take on

Your international standards, applied on Moroccan ground

Remote monitoring of your equipment

A local team, and a quick response.

Workstations, software, backups, accounts: inventory, updates, antivirus and remote monitoring, with response times written into the contract. If hardware fails, we point you to a specialist provider — and we follow the case through.

Working with the tools of your network

Your tools stay where they are; we complete them.

Pronote™ or equivalents, head-office platforms: we make them work in your context and fill in locally what they do not cover — including the national platform your status may require.

Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace

Your cloud environments, kept in good order.

Accounts, licences, security, backups: administration aligned with the policies of your home network, documented in French or in English.

Law 09-08 and GDPR compliance

Two frameworks, one single approach.

Declarations to the Moroccan authority, registers, information to families — and GDPR alignment when your home network is European.

Billing in dirhams, reporting that adapts

Figures that read clearly here and at head office.

Tuition fees kept in dirhams, with exports and dashboards that adapt to the formats head office expects.

Family communication

Where Moroccan families actually are.

Circulars and reminders relayed through WhatsApp™ and the channels families genuinely read, alongside the school's official tools.

The framework

A management contract, one fixed monthly fee

One point of contact, written commitments, guaranteed response times and assured reversibility: the Scoliom management contract gives your leadership — and your head office — a framework they can read. Essentiel — “running the school”, Sérénité — “the connected school” and Direction Numérique — “the steered school” are quoted individually: the amount depends on the number of pupils, the country and the scope agreed, it is confirmed in writing after the remote assessment, and stays fixed for the whole school year.
