Online homework diary: homework written by the teacher, read by families
The homework diary has been live since 17 October 2026. It links two screens that already existed: the teacher's timetable and the parent space.
For teachers
In their own timetable view, teachers see their dated lessons, from last week to the next 14 days. Under each one, they write the homework set, with a due date if they wish. They can only write under the lessons they actually teach: those of the published timetable, and the cover lessons they are given. They can also note what was covered in class — a lesson can have only that — and attach one file per lesson (PDF, JPG or PNG, 8 MB at most), which they can replace or remove at any time.
For families
Families read the homework child by child in the parent space — a homework screen and a card on the home page — from last week to the next four weeks, in French, English or Arabic. They also see what was covered and open the attachment; a “New” badge flags what has been written or changed since their last visit.

What is guaranteed
The teacher's name is never shown to families. Nothing is sent to them: they check the screen whenever they wish.
What it needs
The school's timetable must be published in Scoliom: that is what provides the dated lessons. See the timetable and the teachers' space.
For school leadership
Leadership sees the content and the attachment of each lesson in its supervision view. The homework diary is included in every plan.
Everything starts with the remote assessment: a 45-minute video call, a written review and a road map — with no commitment.
