Who we work with · Moroccan private schools

Managed IT for Moroccan private schools

Your school deserves IT that works — without putting a whole department on the payroll or living with unpredictable repair invoices. Scoliom takes on the running of your school's IT: a clear contract, a fixed monthly fee, and teams trained in French and in Arabic where needed.

What is at stake

What is really at stake in your school's IT

Behind every workstation that works sit the trust of families, the calm of your teams and control of the budget. These are the subjects we address first in Moroccan private schools — each one through concrete actions, documented and followed over time.

A budget finally under control

Breakdowns never come at a convenient moment, and repairs billed per call-out make the budget impossible to forecast. The management contract replaces those emergencies with a fixed monthly fee, everything included within the agreed scope, with no revision during the school year.

How families see you

Website, enrolment, communication, report cards: digital has become a private school's first shop window. Reliable IT and careful communication strengthen the trust of families — and the school's reputation, in its neighbourhood as much as online.

The national platform and your management tools

Your school already works with the national platform and with management and billing tools of its own. Our principle is simple: we work with your tools, not against them. No imposed replacement, less retyping — we connect what is already there through file imports and exports (the exact mechanism is spelled out during the assessment), we complete it and we make it dependable.

Law 09-08: data compliance

Moroccan law 09-08 governs the processing of personal data belonging to your pupils, their families and your staff: declaring processing to the national data protection authority, informing the people concerned, securing the files. We walk you through those steps, one at a time.

Keeping pupil data safe

School records, family contact details, sometimes sensitive information: a school handles data that can afford neither loss nor leak. Automated backups that are tested, controlled access, protected workstations: security is built and verified over time.

An internet suited to minors

Your pupils are minors: internet access inside the school has to be filtered and framed accordingly. We put in place age-appropriate filtering, a clear acceptable-use policy, and awareness sessions for teams and pupils alike on sound digital habits.

What we offer

A management contract, one fixed monthly fee

Full managed IT for your school, with one point of contact and a way of working you can see through — from monitoring the equipment to training your teams.

A fixed monthly fee, with no surprises

A fixed monthly fee, everything included within the agreed scope: no surprise call-out billing, no revision during the school year. Your IT budget becomes a stable, predictable line.

Training in French and in Arabic

Leadership, administration, teachers: we train your teams remotely — and on site in Morocco — in French and in Arabic where needed, with materials suited to each role. The aim is your independence, not dependence on the provider.

Your tools, respected

The national platform, management tools, office software, email: the solutions we put in place work alongside what is already there. No break in habits for your teams, no imposed migration — a replacement is only recommended when it is genuinely warranted.

The plans

Four plans, from primary school to school group

Scoliom Logiciel — “the equipped school” — the platform on its own, run by your teams, marks & report cards included, Scoliom Essentiel — “running the school” — to settle day-to-day management (pupils, billing & reminders, online enrolment, parent notifications), Scoliom Sérénité — “the connected school” — to connect families and secure the school, Scoliom Direction Numérique — “the steered school” — to steer teaching and growth. All of them include one point of contact, the fixed monthly fee, guaranteed reversibility and incident response times written into the contract. Every plan is quoted individually: the amount depends on the number of pupils, the country and the scope agreed, it is settled in writing after the remote assessment and stays fixed for the whole school year — never billed per pupil. You can start with a narrow scope and widen it as digitalisation progresses: the contract follows the school, never the other way round.

Let us get started

Start with a remote assessment of your school

First step: a simple conversation — your enquiry books no visit, and the conversation happens remotely. We reply within 48 working hours, and a visit on site in Morocco is only scheduled with your agreement (no access to your data and no password is asked for at this stage). You receive a written report, risks ranked by priority, a 30/90/180-day action plan and a first budget estimate — the document is yours, whether you go on to work with us or not.
