New: a space for all staff, and a role for school life
Since 18 October 2026, Scoliom Scolarité no longer serves only leadership, the office and teachers: every staff member now has a place in it.
A personal space for every staff member
Every staff member with a record has their own space: their record, their certificates, their documents. There they request an employment or salary certificate; leadership issues it or declines it with a reason, and issuing it closes the request. The salary amount shown on a certificate is never stored on the server.
A role for school life
School-life supervisors now have their own role: they take the register for any class and keep the absence register; they can view the timetable grids and the calendar without changing them, and nothing else. Their account is created from their staff record, by choosing the role. See attendance management.
And for everyone
Each user chooses a light, dark or automatic display for the interface, and short PDF documents now use Scoliom's typefaces.
Everything starts with the remote assessment: a 45-minute video call, a written review and a road map — with no commitment.
